You’ve got your food all planned out. You are completely, absolutely satisfied- except for that stupid chocolate craving! And you don’t want that fake tasting chocolate that is oh-so nicely hidden in a diet-friendly “chocolate” bar, either. You want the real thing!
Well, my friends, let me introduce you to Fiber One!
I’ve only had the Chocolate & Oats version since I first fell in love. Sure th have sugar, but they also have lots of fiber (these things fill me up!) and they’re so reasonable in calories for their size (140 cal. per bar).
The bar has a chewy, sweet, soft oat consistency- with REAL, yummy chocolate chips mixed in. WHOLE CHIPS! And there is a yummy chocolate drizzle down the top of the bar. Seriously, these taste sinful.
If I can ever drag myself away from the chocolate, I will be able to tell you how the other bars are!

I know they have them in Canada. I think they are called Fibre One. Look for them, though. They are worth the hunt!
And I love your blog! I just subscribed!
OH YES, these are the best things ever. I looooooooove them. Kudos for telling folks about them. They are in my cupboard at all times (and often in my purse, too).
Happy- Can you believe the chocolate?! I feel like I am eatng WAY more than 140- fiber-filled calories!
Have you tried the new Peanut Butter version yet? I want to know if I should pick tose up.
Mmmm… I’m going to have to get one now!
I tried the Peanut Butter version today. Totally yummy, but it’s not chocolate. So…. chocolate wins! But the PB’s are still totally yummy!
Good to know about the PB ones. My hubby may have the PB ones at work, I may have him bring one home for me to try. Chocolate is my true love, so I’m not buying a box of PB ones for the house unless he has one for me to try and it’s surprisingly good. Why bother, when there is chocolate to be had!
Thanks for your note on my blog. I’ve missed you, too! I was a little afraid you’d misinterpreted my laughing when you posted such a nice post about my progress. It was a “gotta laugh or cry” moment. I’m SO close to goal, but not really there, and it’s taking a while. I’m trying not to watch the calendar or worry about how long it takes, but sometimes it’s hard. But anyway, thank you for the support. In my mind I’ll be at goal when I’ve hit the number and stayed drifing around the number for a week or so. At the rate I’ve lost the last two weeks that means I’m still a few weeks out. But maybe things will move more quickly. I’m not betting on it, though!
