What an epic Friday!
I began the day with some freelance work, a smoothie and toast with almond butter.
Several hours and chocolates later I did a quick 3.5 mile run (34 minutes). I was hoping for a swim as well, but it didn’t fit in. My legs felt great on the run despite yesterday’s 60.3.Most exciting was meeting Alex for a fantastic lunch at Ethos Vegan Kitchen and then heading outside for a photoshoot!
I had the What’s the Dilly, Philly? sandwich with pineapple and vegan shortbread cookies, of course.
Sometimes dressing up, even if just for yourself, is 100% necessary. Alex is a professional dancer so she is accustomed to costumes and posing. It was fun! Here are some of the results…

I laugh when I look at these photos. So much fun
After spending so much time in the heat we needed some cool Italian ice!The first place had no vegan options so we hightailed it to Twisted Bliss, a small shop in downtown Winter Park.
I ordered black raspberry and tropical paradise in the largest size they had! It wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it sure was refreshing!

I LOVE random photoshoots and am always willing to be a ham for the camera. I actually just did an awesome shoot with one of my besties in Charlotte, NC last weekend. Some of the results are on my "about me" page, fyi.
