Ashley, I just discovered your blog recently and I'm obsessed with the idea of ALL OVER YOGA! Yesterday while hiking, I made my boyfriend take about 10,000 pictures of me doing standing tree, crane, etc. It made people laugh as they were walking by and I explained what it was for…hopefully they will go and check it out!
