Happy Friday!
A fun video to start the weekend right:
Richard and I kicked the weekend off with dinner at Carrabbas thanks to a gift card we’ve been holding on to. We had a blast sitting by the kitchen watching the cooks work their magic down the line.
It’s been a busy week with an even busier weekend to come. I’m off tomorrow before we visit our family in Tampa in the evening. I’m hoping to reset myself this weekend by sweating, sleeping and eating some good food!
I’m super excited for an arm balancing workout at Orlando Power Yoga tomorrow. I enjoy arm balances and tend to get into the poses more easily than others. I’m excited to learn (and share!) some tips and tricks!
I’ve taken the week off running hoping that my hip gets back to 100% since I pushed it too far in yoga. I’ve been feeling good and taking it easy so tomorrow I will test it with a run. Fingers crossed I feel strong!

We still call our 1 year old puppy too most people don’t know her name. Perhaps we will run into you at Fleet Peoples one day, though our little one is still shy around other dogs but our big dog loves it!
