Every so often life gets busy and blogging is put on the back burner. Usually it’s because a lot of good things are keeping me busy, but I hate not posting. I always miss the conversations and the inspiration I get from you guys.

We are finally settled into our house in Orlando. We were staying in a temporary place farther away until ours was (finally) ready. Now we’re in and enjoying the same neighborhood I lived in before I moved to Asheville!

Training is going so well. Friday I ran 20 miles, Saturday I rode 50 miles and today I did Bikram. It feels so good to get back to my regular sweating schedule and to totally wear out my body every once in a while.
My bike ride included lots of riding on the road, through intersections and over bridges. You know what? I wasn’t scared at all. I was aware and safe- but there was no room for fear.
Life is good. And I’m ready to share that here again.

Wonderful!!! So good to hear that things are going well. Moves can be so stressful and unsettling…love it when routines and schedules fall back into place. I’ve missed reading your words. So jealous of you living in Fl. I know you must be happy to be back there! P.S. 20 mile run and 50 mile bike on “used” legs…AWE.SOME.!!!
Wow, you’re a machine with that mileage!
I’m moving to College Park on March 31st, just off Fairbanks. I’m so excited to get closer to everything as I am always seeing friends and running in downtown and that area.

welcome back and welcome into your new home!
Ashley, that is awesome! I thought of you this weekend when I put the clipless pedals on my bike. I’m moving up to big time! I’m so glad you are back to your usual workouts that brought you so much joy. Sweat, girlfriend!
WTG on the long run & ride!
Nice! No more room for fear. Just get back out there and get those beautiful miles in. Love it.

So glad to see you are back. Wondered why you weren’t hear. Isn’t that strange. You get used to certain things and then when they are not there(your post) you worry. Silly I know.
