This week was full of clean food and getting back to triathlon training. The week ended with a surprise from Reebok. They sent me some fun gear before the #RbkFitBlog event in Boston next weekend. I can’t wait.
This week my diet has been mostly free of grains and processed sugars. I feel great! I’ve eaten more greens than ever before. Not including tonight’s dark chocolate of course.
My next 140.6 is this October so this week I started getting back into tri training. I fit in a weekday ride, a longer ride and a swim! It was my first time in the pool in five months. I swam laps for 30 minutes to wake up my swimming muscles.
How were your workouts this week?

You rock! 140.6 is so inspiring, I hope to do that one day (soon) but I gotta get back into swimming! My workouts this week have been a combo of running, body pump, & bikram yoga…I love it like that!

You. are. awesome! I’m looking forward to hearing all about your training adventures. My workouts this week were mostly spinning and yoga with some running and a CrossFit “knock off” that left me feeling sore for more days than I’m willing to admit!

You’ll be in Boston next weekend?!
My workouts were okay – I still can’t run, but I’m trying to make an effort to ride more and do more “fun exercise” like hiking and kayaking.

How exciting! It’s crazy to think you were in the hospital just months ago. Congratulations on your amazing recovery. Go kick some butt!

I’d love to hear more about the Vegan Paleo experiment – what you are eating etc. I am 98% vegan but rely heavily on grains. Thanks!
