Well, I made it to Boston!

This morning started early with an awesome smoothie to carry me through a morning of traveling.

In the mix: almond milk, one apple, one carrot, two scoops brown rice protein powder, two dates and cinnamon. It was pie heaven in liquid form.

Now I’m in Boston and excited to spend the day exploring before the Reebok Fit Blog event tomorrow!

What are your favorite things to do, see and eat in Boston?

Welcome to my city! I have a blog about it that may help: http://www.somervillebeat.com. I even have a post about veggie-friendly eats (they are across the Charles River though): http://www.somervillebeat.com/food/vegetarian-restaurants-somerville/ I also love the Life Alive cafe in Central Square in Cambridge–so much great veggie food! Hope you have an awesome time here!

We did the Boston Bike Tour our first day and it was an awesome way to get the lay of the land for exploring the rest of the week.

Visit Davis Square for some Flatbreads pizza, JP Licks ice cream (with vegan flavors), and finish the night with a cocktail from Saloon. I’m biased, but Somerville/Cambridge > Boston.

Hope you enjoy your time here!
