I am so happy with my CrossFit WODs this week. I’ve been improving bit by bit since committing to give it my all and get better. Here are two of the three WODs I did.

Today marks the fourth day of the Urban Girl Wellness program (don’t forget to enter the giveaway!). I forget I’m even on any kind of program at all- I feel good. I haven’t gone hungry; I haven’t had any anxiety; and I’ve enjoyed everything that I’ve eaten. Other than Friday night I haven’t felt deprived a bit.
Friday we visited family in Tampa (aka drooled over Baby Ella for hours). We had reservations for dinner and slowly my plan to have a salad and a shake turned into a salad, slice of pizza and a brownie to round it out. It’s fine because, well, sh*t happens, but I do want to stick to the program as much as possible.
I’ve followed along with the shakes and bars but I’ve added an extra shake, a few servings of fruit, veggies and some nuts to fuel my heavy training. (The program recommends three shakes, two bars, one serving of fruit and unlimited raw or lightly steamed veggies.) Most of my shakes I’ve enjoyed blended up with fruits and veggies.
