Oh, ecto.

I guess that’s what I get for scheduling a post via ecto. It deleted all the good stuff! I’m so sorry for leaving you all hanging with drool on your chin, but the laugh over the mistake is almost worth it :)

Without any extra unnecessary teasing…

A friend at our box (her nickname is FullSail) became uber famous for her amazing Paleo brownies. She was kind enough to share her recipe. These were by far the most expensive brownies I’ve ever made; when Richard asked what’s in them I said, “just take the most expensive things in our kitchen and mix them together.” But it’s all worth it because they’re also one of the most delicious brownies I’ve ever had!

FullSail’s Famous Brownies

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup almond meal
3/4 cup Dutch Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Honey
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
1 Bag chocolate Chips (Optional- will make it almost Paleo :) )

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients until well blended. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients and whisk well. Combine wet to dry and be sure to scrape sides of bowl. (Add Chocolate Chips) Batter will be thinner than normal brownies. Pour batter into buttered pan. Sprinkle chopped Walnuts on top and bake 30-35 Mins. Cool completely before you enjoy!

Enjoy!!!
