Without fail, I never regret beginning the week with an early morning workout.
It took some work to get myself out of bed but once I arrived to the box, I was so glad I was there. The 6am class is usually the same group so it’s fun to see everyone… even if we are still asleep in the beginning!

10 parallette shoot thrus (this is a great demo video but we didn’t do the push-up)
15 wall ball (14#)
20 double unders (or 60 single unders)
1 min. rest
I had some jump rope issues again (need to start bringing mine!) but overall I loved the WOD. At the last run Hung, another Firebaser, started making progress behind me and yelled, “don’t let me pass you, Ashley!” That pushed me in high gear. I finished the WOD in 15:20 and collapsed on the floor. Not long ago I told myself that if I wasn’t on the floor, I didn’t work hard enough.
